The menu plan for week 49 is short, sweet, easily organized and without a shopping agenda. It includes a change to the planned Tuesday meal which now includes a Happy Birthday dinner to celebrate Delaney’s 11 years. Because of a trip to St Thomas which has been planned for months and months, I decided that instead of attempting to cook great meals before our departure while still leaving an empty refrigerator, I would rely upon Blue Apron. My planning and grocery shopping would be minimized and there would be no leftovers. It can’t be much simpler than that.
Short and sweet while still exploring great eating with introductions to new and innovative meals. I have grown to love Blue Apron and the creative flavors we are exposing ourselves to. The meals are not necessarily following a low carb diet, but most are well rounded and healthy. I have been careful in the selection of weekly meals to be certain that they will be meals that both of us will enjoy.
Week 49. A week of celebration, good eating and travel and adventure. What could be better?
