You have talked about a couple of recipes for Shrimp and Grits. Which recipe is your favorite? Or do you do a mash up of your own?

I have used Chesapeake Bay Style Seafood Seasonings several times in the pas it was my preference over the other seafood seasonings. However, sadly to say, I can not find it anywhere to purchase, not even on line. If you can assist me regarding this matter to locate for purchasing, I greatly appreciate it.

Wow…I had no idea, but your comment lead me to an afternoon of research!
Unfortunately, the McCormick Chesapeake Bay Style Seafood Seasoning was discontinued by MCCormick and is no longer available. After doing some research it appears that McCormick bought out The Baltimore Spice Company makers of Old Bay. Apparently, they went into the production of “Old Bay” with the same packaging but different ingredients, so loyalists recognized the difference. Those same loyalists determined that the Chesapeake Bay Style Seafood Seasoning was very close to the original Old Bay. I have yet to determine why McCormick discontinued it. I got most of my information from the following link. https://www.chowhound.com/post/bay-seasoning-chesapeake-bay-seasoning-446509?commentId=10269702
