2025 Week 36 and 37 Menu Plant
The 2025 week 36 is complete. Because we are going to be out of town Thursday evening until late Sunday evening during week 37 I am including my abbreviated menu plan for that week as well.
Week 36
Breakfast
Baked Oatmeal with Berries and Seeds *New Recipe
Mango Smoothie *New Recipe (because I have a vey ripe mango)
Lunch
Thai Soup with Chicken and Wild Rice
Dinner
The Thai basil chicken did not make it to the table last week so it has moved to this week. I still have not determined which recipe I will use…possibly a combination of the best of each. They are all new recipes.
The East Beach Ramble is Saturday evening and we are volunteering for the first stop…Margaritaville. Preparing gallons of margaritas and 350 kabobs…veggie, shrimp, and chicken to be grilled.

Thursday. Eat Again Oatmeal Berries and Seeds, Eat Again Leftover Soups, Dinner at J Alexanders in Columbus.
Friday and Saturday Events at Class Reunion
Sunday Hotel Breakfast, Late lunch/Early Dinner Lindy’s Columnbus
Monday Yogurt, Black Bean Lentil Soup, Shorebreak Pizza Dinner with daughter before Book Club.

A Hit New Recipe
This recipe for BBQ meatballs was a huge success. Not only was it delicious, but it served multiple meals as well. A great recipe that will definitely be on the rotation as well as successful enough to house in the freezer for future meals.
