The 2022 week 4 menu plan is complete. This plan relies on multiple “eat again” meals which I have learned to appreciate. I enjoy cooking but there are times I want to close the kitchen!
Breakfast
The breakfast menu contains repeats of favorites heavy on the THM E offerings. It should be noted that the frittata recipe is revised and does not include potatoes. (They are definitely not missed.)

Lunch
The plans for lunch include quiche from last week, a favorite lentil soup which feeds us for multiple meals and a turkey soup suggested by my sister Pat. I will use chicken in place of the turkey

Dinner
Aside from a soup dinner provided by our daughter we are going to enjoy many eat again dinners. Sausage and peppers is always a favorite and I will make a THM focaccia to go with it. I do plan to be more creative with reintroducing the pulled pork.
Hits and Misses
All of the new recipes last week are worth repeating. The Greek meatballs were particularly good with tzatziki.

Recap
We had a great week of eating. I particularly enjoyed the meals from Green Chef that our daughter prepared. That may be a direction I go in the future. I will admit that being in the kitchen was a stretch for me last week. Hopefully my enthusiasm for cooking and experimenting will return. Until then…Bon Appetit!
