The post for 2022 week 28 will be short and sweet. We are currently vacationing in Boston and will not return home until late Friday. Once I return I will spend time restocking the refrigerator and planning meals for the weekend thru Monday. I am fairly certain we will be having a family dinner on Sunday as well.
Luckily I have baked oatmeal cups in the freezer that we can rely on for breakfast when we return. I also have all the ingredients for the split pea soup that may service us for several lunches.
If I pick up tofu I also have the ingredients for Tofu Marsala which was on the menu previously but never prepared. I can also plan the Vegetable loaf which will only require a few additional ingredients to complete.
With that in mind I will not create a complete menu plan until week 29. In the meantime we are enjoying a fabulous eating experience in Boston. Bon Appetit!
