It is difficult to believe that 2021 week 52 has arrived. The year has come to an end and what a wonderful year of weeks filled with healthy eating. We have enjoyed great new recipes as well as our family favorites. Since we just arrived home at 1 AM Tuesday morning after a fabulous trip to Aruba, I am having a difficult time developing a menu plan while unpacking. The refrigerator is barren and I will need to reacquaint myself with reserves in the freezer. A fairly intense grocery run looms!
