Hits and Misses
All hits last week! The baked oatmeal made a huge amount, but it was enjoyed on multiple mornings.
Baked Oatmeal with Berries and Seeds *New Recipe
This salad is so good and unlike most salads, it is just as good the following day or days. Occasionally I add fresh kale to freshen it up when repeating.
I am all of a sudden on a “Thai” kick. This soup was quite enjoyable.
Thai Soup with Chicken and Wild Rice
I had three recipes and ended up choosing this one. It was eye-watering spicy, but absolutely delicious. I added a jalapeno pepper since it was called for in the other 2 recipes which obviously added over the top additional heat. I will definitely repeat.
