Meal Plan Week #15


I just completed my entire menu plan for this week and Whosh…for some reason the entire thing disappeared!  So frustrating.  Hopefully that is not an indication of how this next week will go!   My meals will include several repeats from last week, and I am looking forward to all of them.  I am adding additional sides to make the repeats more interesting.   All of the new recipes are from my Pinterest board  “Looks Good Enough to Try”

Monday:  Bobby Flay’s Meatloaf (leftover), Sweet Potato Casserole (leftover) and a salad.

Tuesday:  Mexican Beef Enchiladas (left over) and a Mexican Kale Salad

Wednesday :  Family Night Chicken Paprika (new recipe), with Cauliflower Rice, Tomato Vegetable Casserole (new recipe), Salad, and for Dessert, Rockin’ Rice Pudding (new recipe)

Thursday:  Grilled Smoked Sausage, Hash Browns, and Greek Pasta Salad (new recipe)

Friday:  Beef Stroganoff  (family favorite) and Salad

Saturday:  Carolina Pulled Pork, Crunchy Ramen Noodle Salad

Sunday:  Burgers and Brats on the Grill with Leftover Salads from the week.

The menus are planned.  The grocery list is completed.  The weather is improving.  Rain is out of the forecast.  It looks to be a great week.  Let’s get on with it!
