2021 Week 38 Menu Plan

The 2021 Week 38 Menu Plan is complete. We are on vacation, but since we are in a time share with a full kitchen menu planning is still very much a necessity. I planned many of the meals before leaving Virginia and compiled a short grocery list. I also packed many of the spices and dry goods needed.

Breakfast

For the 2021 week 38 breakfasts I have scheduled 2 smoothies due to early morning tours that we have scheduled. I packed the dry ingredients for both and will simply add the wet ingredients.Easy,Breezy!

Lunch

Nothing new is planned for lunches. I brought the pepperoni and tortillas from home for the quesadillas and I will take advantage of leftovers.

Dinner

Dinner is split between eating out at one of the many restaurants and cooking at the time share. The cream cheese chicken is the only new recipe. We have several exciting restaurants to try.

Vacation is getting away from routine and although I will still do some cooking it was also very important to be organized and have the meals planned. By careful planning I will purchase only exactly what is needed to prevent waste but still provide excellent meals. Bon Appetit!
