The 2024 week 27 menu plan I have created is quite industrious to say the least and as always things are subject to change depending on how the holiday week develops. I have been doing more and more research on plant based eating. I have have been having difficulty finding recipes that suit our palate, especially the ‘Ole Buckeye’s. However, I have also noted over the past years that foods we initially did not particularly care for are now enjoyed. In addition, many of those same foods, ie. beans, are more easily digested. The adventure continues. Bon Appetit!
