2025 Week 12 Menu Plan
The 2025 week 12 menu plan is complete. We are fresh back from a 10 day trip to Spain. I have not spent an exorbitant amount of time developing this menu, but have concentrated on ease of prep or already prepared meals from the freezer.

Breakfast
Since the ‘Ole Buckeye frequently prepares his own soft boiled eggs in the morning, I have relied on this particular talent this week. The pineapple oatmeal was taken from the freezer, leaving only the Snicker’s baked oats to be prepared.
Vegan Snicker’s Baked Oats. (Plant Based)
Lunch
The soup from the freezer combines with the taco soup and an orzo soup that is featured one evening for dinner will supply a weeks worth of lunches.
Dinner
Our daughter will join us for dinner Tuesday and I want something extra special. Grapes are on sale, so the decision to make Rachael Ray’s roasted sausage entree is an easy one. It is a favorite of our daughter’s.

Recap
After our travels we are returning to a more normal lifestyle, but also taking time to support family with meals during a stressful week. Next week I will be concentrating on developing meals focused on health as we continue the journey to wellness.
