Tuesday is Family Dinner Night, and I promised the 10 year old that she could prepare a complete festive special dinner for her family. After a long, rainy, but busy holiday weekend, this will be an easy meal week. Often with easy entrees I will add a new side or dessert. We shall see what creativity the week brings.
