2024 Week 34 Menu Plan

The 2024 week 34 menu plan is complete. Yet again we have carry over meals from week 33. 

Breakfast

There are still several servings of the maple pecan oatmeal from last week and I didn’t make the cottage cheese bake, so it is slated for later this week.

Soups for lunch have been a mainstay and this week is no different. I do have one new recipe…the chili. the rest of the soups are tried and true.

Most of the meals I planned last week have moved forward. The flank steak and the pork roast fed us multiple meals and we went out for pizza on Sunday evening.

Hits and Misses

We have yet another great soup…perfect for the summer harvest of tomatoes and zucchini. It made a huge pot of soup and got better and better each day. 

Zucchini Tomato Italian Sausage Soup*

We enjoyed our marinated flank steak, an oldie but goodie recipe, along with fresh tomatoes and corn on the cob. It was just as delicious the second time around served as a steak salad.

Recap

I didn’t need to research a lot of meals to create the menu this week with so many carry overs. It makes for an easy plan and as a bonus most of the ingredients are on hand. Se are ooking forward to cooler weather this week and plenty of healthy eating. Bon Appetit!
