2023 Week 46 Menu Plan

The 2023 week 46 menu plan is complete. 

Breakfast

I have only one new recipe planned for the week, but it sounds healthy and delicious…the baked oatmeal sounds perfect for fall mornings.

Sausage Crescent Egg Casserole

Amish Style Baked Oatmeal with Apples, Raisins, and Walnuts

Lunch

The Lentil Soup is a repeat…the ‘Ole Buckeye had it while I was away and I had a taste when I returned. It was delicious and definitely rotation worthy. Cheapskate Soup is a cool weather standby. The salad has been on the menu for several weeks, but never made it to the table.

I have definitely become enamored with the air fryer. There are several new additions to try this week, along with a new pork loin recipe and a new baked salmon. I have also included several new sides that sound interesting.

We enjoyed two family favorite recipes, both of which served us two separate evenings. Both have been missing from the menu plan and need to be repeated more often.

We enjoyed the week’s meals. My newest interest is to experiment more with the air fryer. It is hard to believe that Thanksgiving is next week. We will be hosting the family so I have already begun to plan for week 47. Our healthy eating adventure continues. Bon Appetit!
