2022 Week 46 Menu Plan

The 2022 week 46 menu plan is complete and continues the attempt to eat a more plant based diet. The past weeks of travel have veered off course a bit, but now that we have returned to our normal life we plan to return to more healthy eating.

Breakfast

The proven and the new recipes are combined for breakfast. The farro breakfast cereal is a backup in case something doesn’t work out.

Lunch

The sandwich is a favorite…the tomato soup new and interesting. The chowder was on the menu before we took the trip and I popped it in the freezer before I added the salmon. I am anxious to give it a try.

Dinner

Something old and something new is planned for dinner, but all of the offerings sound exciting.

Recap

We traveled and had a wonderful time but we are back to reality. There will be an adjustment period after 21 days of very little cooking accompanied by a lot of delicious eating. The journey continues as we learn more and more about the importance of a healthy diet. Bon Appetit!
