All of these recipes are tried and true aside from the Trim Train Taco Soup. They have been repeated over and over again…always enjoyed. The taco soup was a new recipe and as I was making it I decided that it had to be good if it was ever to be repeated. It was more complicated than most, but the effort was rewarded. No only was it delicious, but it was filling, and healthy as well In addition it served lunches all week. It will be added to the family favs!

We had a great week of eating even though things changed from the original plan. There was an added a family pizza night prior to a big move for our son and daughter in law. Things are changing on the Homefront and we are not sure what lies ahead, but we will continue to share our table. The adventures in eating continue. Bon Appetit!
