Hits and Misses
Another overnight winner. Add a few walnuts and breakfast is served.
Oh MyGosh! This has become my new favorite oatmeal…hands down! I added walnuts as a topping. Yum!
Great for a pre-prepared eat and run breakfast…pre-travel–on the go breakfast.
Yet another great soup. I ended up serving for dinner with the bliss burger. Great plant based dinner.
This fajita recipe is a family favorite and we don’t have it often enough. One tip I have learned over the years is to preheat the baking sheet along with the oven. By placing the prepped chicken and veggies onto the hot pan it will have a delightful sizzle. I find the fajitas roast much better by doing this.
This salad was disappointing…i have others that are far better.
Great salad!
We welcome have red meat any more, but this grass feed, grass finished ribeye from Butcher Box was delicious! We split one steak and will have the other one next week. Yum!
What can I say…go to crock pot recipe when we are gone all day. We served this as a family dinner with great reviews. I used a pork roast in place of the beef.
Wow…just Wow. My new go-to kale salad. I made it twice last week, once with the pear, once with apple. Winner, Winner!
Kale and Butternut Squash Salad with Pears and Almonds
What a great company worth chicken dinner! “Winner, winner chicken dinner!
Recap
We had yet another successful week of healthy eating. Next week we are away from home enjoying timeshare living on Marco Island. It will present the usual difficult decisions as we enjoy “dining out”. Eating what sounds great vs. making healthy choices. The adventure continues. Bon Appetit!
