The 2023 week 40 menu plan is complete. After 3 weeks of travel in Europe, it is time to get back to the real world and resume healthy eating. Although we did enjoy a healthy Mediterranean diet…we splurged on delicious bread and wine. Now I must return to menu planning and a grocery list aimed at resupplying our refrigerator.
