Hits and Misses…
I make this for breakfast but it could easily be a dessert. It is a great recipe when berries need to be eaten. Delicious and a great rotation meal when berries are in season and on sale
How easy was this…open cans, dump, stir, and heat through…lunch in minutes and enough for another meal!
I will need to tweek this a bit to make it more healthy, but it has great flavor and will be worth the effort.

We made a pitcher of these for our dinner party and they were delish….and easy!
This is my second try at cilantro lime rice…this was good but not as good as my first try which will become my go-to recipe. Cilantro Lime Rice!
Recap
The plan for our meals this week is to reduce perishables while eating healthy. Monday will take us to Europe for 3 weeks so the refrigerator needs to be emptied. We are excited to have more adventures and experience cultures, foods and wines. Bon Appetit!
