2023 Week 19 Menu Plan

The 2023 week 19 menu plan is complete. No fan fare…only the plan. Since I have been having some digestive issues many meals have been moved forward into week 19.

As it turned out last week we had several family dinners and plans changed. This week’s menu plan is a reflection of just that. We have lots of soccer games over the next 2 weeks and then head out for 10 days in Europe. Plans may change accordingly. Bon Appetit!
