My menu plan for week #21 includes 3 new recipes and several tried and true. Happy eating lies ahead.
Tuesday: Family Night. Spaghetti and Italian Meatballs and an Italian Lemon Crostata for Dessert. The 10 year old has picked the menu for our second summer cooking class.

Sunday: Grilled Ribeye Steaks for great Holiday Weekend eating.
Monday: 4th of July!
Grilled Burgers, Grilled Vegetables, and a Greek Salad. I will try one of my sisters Burger recipes…the Greek sounds wonderful.

The best turkey burgers i have ever tried …. I freeze left-overs, and heat in the microwave later …
The only thing left is determining the perfect dessert to celebrate the red, white, and blue. If I can find fresh rhubarb it will be a strawberry rhubarb pie.
