Meal Plan Week #22

I am hoping to have an easy week of planning and eating, at least after Tuesday.

Tuesday is Family Dinner Night, and I promised the 10 year old that she could prepare a complete festive special dinner for her family.   The “Ole Buckeye and I will be sous chefs, grillers, and servers.  We have been told to wear black or black and white.  The theme will be a 5th of July Celebration.  It will be the last time the entire family will have a meal together for almost a month.  The menu will be

Drinks:  Cranberry Grey Goose Oaks Lily

Appetizer:  Flag Vegetable Tray

After a long, rainy, but busy holiday weekend, this will be an easy meal week.  Often with easy entrees I will add a new side or dessert.  We shall see what creativity the week brings.
