Menu Plan Week #33

My Menu Plan for Week #33 is a combination of second time eating and meals that I had planned to make over the past several weeks.  Due to changes in plans some of those planned meals were postponed.  By incorporating those meals, I not only have an easy to make menu plan, Week #33, but I also have all of my ingredients on hand.  Hurrah!  I didn’t need to go to the grocery store today.  That means I saved time and money.  It also means I have reviewed the new and already enjoyed the originals before serving them again.  Cook once/eat twice rocks!

On the docket for next week are Super Bowl fare, a new recipe, an amateur attempt at risotto, a tried and true, and a trial run for a meal I plan to prepare for a dinner party in a few weeks.

By the way, I hope all of you have seen the crescent moon this week and the bright planets.  If not you should go outside.  The night sky is amazing.

Sometimes as I write these posts I worry that it might seem that my life revolves around food.  NOT.  My weekly menu planning has become routine and I count on these weekly posts to keep me organized.  Unfortunately I don’t devout the time to writing other posts right now.

I have determined that I need to spend time sharing some of my other interests and passions.   To do that I need to be more prepared to dedicate the time it takes to make it informative and  worth reading.  Yet another goal.

Until then, it is on to yet another week of good eating.  Week #33 is both easy and looks to be enjoyable.  Bon Appetit!
