2025 Week 23 Menu Plan

The 2025 week 23 menu plan is complete.

Breakfast

As usual my plans for breakfast last week didn’t completely pan out. Since I seldom eat breakfast the giant blueberry pancake and cottage cheese egg bake provided the ‘Ole Buckeye breakfasts all week. That being said, the 2025 week 23 breakfast menu includes the oatmeal breakfast bake with berries and almonds along with several other proven recipes. In addition I am going to attempt to include breakfast in my daily routine, managing optimal protein for the calories consumed.

Lunch

Three new soups are planned for lunch. I have become a hot lunch advocate, especially if it includes nutritious soups that service several meals over the course of the week. Two of the soups were planned last week but we had so many leftovers I didn’t have the opportunity to give these a try. Luckily the ingredients are still on hand.

Aside from several “eat again” meals I have no new recipes planned for our evenings this week. All of the meals are successful creations from the past.
