This granola is quick, easy and very tasty. It is so good that I need to ration the amounts that the ‘Ole Buckeye eats at one sitting.

Gluten Free Granola

I prepare soups frequently and have a lot of great recipes. At this point a recipe must be quite intriguing in order for me to add it to the menu. This Tuscan soup proved to be worth the effort. It was delicious and filling. It was definitely worth the try.

Tuscan White Bean Soup *New Recipe

Truly a family favorite which I prepare whenever peppers are on sale. I always keep hot Italian sausage in the freezer. This recipe services several meals and never gets old.

Roasted Sausage, Onions, Peppers

Yes…this is yet another preparation for salmon. However, I like sheet pan meals and this one proved to be a winner. The potatoes were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. For me a sauce on roasted potatoes is not needed but the sauce was a great complement to the entire dish. The salmon was perfectly cooked and I added fresh dill. I now have yet another successful preparation for salmon.

Recap

We have been trying to enjoy the spring weather by getting out more. There were 2 evenings available at the Fords Colony in Williamsburg so I booked it hoping for great weather, new restaurants to enjoy and a visit to historic Jamestown as well as Colonial Williamsburg. I am anxious to explore not only history but also highly rated and recommend places to eat. Our adventure continues. Bon Appetit!
