2022 Week 43 Menu Plan

The 2022 Week 43 menu plan is complete. The focus is to create meals in order to reduce the amount of perishables in preparation for our upcoming travel.

I am planning a family dinner on Tuesday evening. The rest of the week the menu will attempt to reduce the perishables. I am also planning to freeze leftovers to make meals when we return home more simple as we restock the kitchen.

Our family dinner was comprised of family favorites that we have not enjoyed for some time.

The weeks ahead will hold great eating on a cruise from Boston to San Juan. The goal will be to eat healthy and resist the over the top desserts and pastries offered. Always a challenge but our journey of healthy eating continues to be a priority. Bon Appetit!
