Instructions
  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Brush the avocados with olive oil and squeeze lime juice over each. Place flesh side down on the grill grate once the grill is up to temperature. Grill until heated through and there are grill marks on the surface.

IMG_3408We serve the grilled avocados with a dab of sour cream or Greek yogurt and a small spoonful of salsa.  They are a great side with burgers, steaks, and chops.
