  1. Prepare the ingredients by chopping the olives and crumbling the feta. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients as well as the juice of 1/2 of a lemon. Mix well with your hands.
  2. Divide the meat mixture into quarters and form 4 burgers.
  3. I normally use an indoor grill pan to cook these because the ‘Ole Buckeye has been reluctant to grill them himself. I normally spray the surface of the pan lightly to avoid sticking. Grill until done.
Recipe Notes

It is not imperative that these burgers are served in a sandwich form.  They are delicious as a simple entree’.  If serving as a sandwich, I find pita pockets or lightly toasted English muffins are best and you can add condiments to your personal taste.
